With a motley crew of three, it is very difficult to keep abreast of all the work involved in running Ergofiction so we welcome guest content. Besides, the more the merrier!

If you’re interested or have ideas for topics, please get in touch by emailing ergofiction[at]gmail[dot]com.

What kind of content are we looking for? More details below.

Contributions policy
Given that we promote freely available online writing, Ergofiction is a non-paying ezine.
Unless otherwise mentioned, by submitting to Ergofiction, you are giving us non-exclusive first print electronic rights for publication on the Internet, as well as the right to put the content into a potential ebook at some future stage. For previously published work, you are giving us non-exclusive electronic rights for publication on the Internet, as well as the ebook clause. What this means in laymen’s terms is upon story acceptance, we purchase the rights to place the story on our website, and to retain it in our archives until such a time that you, the author asks us to remove it. Should the story be removed, we retain the right to place it in an ebook version at some point.

Style guide
Acceptance of articles and so forth is not automatic; should something not meet our specifications, we may request edits. Style-wise, we like single spaces, with a line break between paragraphs (i.e. two hard returns, and no tabbing). While we may edit the style of your submission to fit our in-house rules, any content editing will need to meet your approval before publication.
