Jan Oda – Chief Editor

I have been a dedicated webfiction fan since I first discovered the format ages ago. I have read a bit here and bit there, and have been active everywhere. I tend to have a very short attention span, and don’t like to wait for updates, so the things I read often change. I never tire of reading online though, because it’s so deliciously convenient and distracting, and it’s wonderful to be able to connect with authors whose fiction you’re enjoying. I am a fan of reading online more than a fan of any particular story, and I want to spread the love. I want to meet like-minded people and I want to start a movement of webfiction fans.
I was born in the wrong country in the wrong timezone. I’m always late to webfiction parties. I don’t speak English, and my writing skills are debatable. It would seem all odds are against me. I am, however, very enthusiastic, even over the top sometimes. People have questioned my sanity. People think I’m a crazy fangirl.*
I have a lot of story ideas swimming around. I have designed 3 websites for my own online fiction. I’ve never gotten around to actually writing them. I’ve been reading too much, and having too much fun rooting for other authors. I am not a writer. I am a reader. A passionate, often sleepless, overemotional, slightly insane reader. I am a web-fiction fangirl,* and I’m proud of it.
*I claimed April as my personal fangirl name when I was doing The Dispatch on the #3D1D event. I have never been more insane than those 3 days.
A. M. Harte – Editor

Anna started reading webfiction way back when, led to Tales of MU via a webcomic advertising slot. That devolved into hours spent reading other stories, then she stumbled across Web Fiction Guide, and that was it: she never got my life back again.
Unlike Jan, she’s not just an avid webfiction reader; she’s one of those author-types, too. Back in March 2009, she started to write a little dark adventure fantasy story entitled Above Ground. The story spiralled out of control and is now available online at qazyfiction.com alongside a horror serial DarkSight, and if you love Anna and you love reading, you’ll go check them out now. Or go see her “official” author site amharte.com
Letitia Coyne – Reporter

Letitia is Australian and she rode out the cultural cringe of the 70’s without ever saying, “G’Day.” She has, though, been heard to say,”Cooee cobber,” which could be worse. A brain that was once a mine of pop culture, turned, at some unnoticed point, into a well of ‘classic’ references. WTF?
She loves ologies, and has studied almost any ology you can prefix. She has done a bit of everything, but been nowhere much. Also loves music, music, music, [lyrics only] — she sings loudly and often; and films, films, films. And words. And pets. And gardens.
Especially loves that which Barry Humphries calls ‘The Yarts’ in every form and expression.
