Space & Time dropped 2 places while the Intimate History rose 4. Latest reviews

For the thrid week in a row, there have been a lot of reviews posted. This is something we can only do a happy dance about!

Diary of a Heretic by Kathleen Maher was reviewed by Rousby who found it “eclectic surprising and delightful”, with high quality writing.

Zesh wrote up a short review of Spirit Walker by James Galloway, after he read the story for the third time, which is a recommendation in itself.

WFG editor Linda Schoales recommends Mayan Calendar Girls by Team 2012 to fans of non-lineair reading because of the fun and interesting plots and characters.

Shandrydan found Lucky Monday by Robert C. Rodgers intriguing because of the “pulp sci-fi writing style”, and the plenty of action and mystery.

He also wrote up a short review for Black Hat Magick by Kyt Dotson, of which he found “the main character is engaging and believable”, and the many cultural references he thought added to the story.

MJones was a very prolific reviewer this week, and reviewed no less than 3 stories:

About Strange Little Band by Nancy Brauer and Vanessa Brooks: “Empathy may not be a good trait for a supervillain to cultivate, but it certainly makes for some darn hot and sexy conflict.”

About Above Ground by Anna M. Harte: “As she explores this strange world, so do we, with the mysteries in it gently expanded upon until the reader feels the sensation of reading fall away as this world envelopes them into it.”

About Addergoole by Lyn Thorne-Adler: “One of the special charms of Addergoole is how the mystery itself is not only a plot device, but is its own character within the series.  There is an undercurrent of fear that keeps the tension building, the feeling that we don’t know who is really dangerous and who isn’t, who is good and who is the enemy.”
